It was as an ambulance driver that my journey in the world of passenger transport began.

I had driven ambulances during my military service. Sociable from a childhood spent abroad and passionate about cars, I thought it would be a great way to bring together two interests: automobiles and human interaction.

I practiced this profession in two different companies — in the mountains (Le Grand-Bornand) and in the city (Annecy). I enjoyed the teamwork as well as the support I was able to provide to the people I transported.

However, I felt something was missing: the entrepreneurial side.

At the Annecy hospital platform, I met several taxi drivers, including the president of the local union who organized training sessions. So, I trained to become a taxi driver.

I first worked as an employee in a group of about ten drivers, before purchasing the taxi license for Le Grand-Bornand and working as my own boss within that group.

I also took advantage of this period to obtain additional transport certifications, allowing me to diversify my range of services.

I now hold a VTC card, a passenger transport license, and a freight transport license.

Over the past ten years, I’ve travelled countless roads—around 950,000 kilometers crisscrossing Savoie, Haute-Savoie, and all over France, from Millau to Marseille, or Paris via Lyon—transporting thousands of people, whether alone or with their families.

So many rich encounters and varied conversations have taken place in my vehicles, in several languages: French, English, Spanish, and sometimes even Arabic.

So many different experiences too, ranging from moving house, to wedding returns, to transfers to airports or train stations, and even hospital trips.

And what could be more rewarding, after regular journeys, than learning that a client has recovered—and that they associate you with their recovery, thanking you for the safe, comfortable rides that spared them unnecessary fatigue.
